Sjsz series PVC conical twin-screw extruder is a special equipment suitable for extrusion molding of various PVC powders. The cylinder is heated by cast aluminum heating ring and cooled by air cooling system. It has the characteristics of fast, uniform heat transfer and convenient operation and maintenance. The screw core adopts automatic circulating cooling regulation system to improve efficiency. The screw with the most reasonable structure can be prepared according to different formulations of users to achieve the best plasticizing effect. The reduction box and distribution box adopt bearing bush bearing, imported oil seal, and the gear adopts high-quality alloy steel nitriding treatment. The temperature control system adopts imported temperature controller, and the temperature control accuracy can reach 1 ℃. The speed regulation system adopts imported frequency conversion or DC speed regulation.
